Conference Objective: This conference will provide technical assistance and training on the implementation and maintenance of the 1915(c) waivers, clinical issues, and administrative functions relevant to these waivers.
Who Should Attend: Case managers, supports coordinators, wrap-around facilitators, clinicians, administrative staff, providers, consumers, an family members.
Consumers & Family Members: A special rate will also be offered for consumers and family members. Please share this announcement with consumers and families of consumers on the waiver.
